IT'S TIME TO MANIFEST DAT FLOW
My top meditation tips:
+ Find a quiet and cozy place – even if it’s your bed (I’m all for ‘bed-itation’)
+ Challenge yourself to repeat this meditation for 7 days in a row, day, noon or night as long as you’re focussed (done is better than perfect)
+ Have an intention at the beginning – do you want to feel more relaxed, more energetic, more clear, more powerful
+ Don’t make yourself wrong for having thoughts pop up when you’re meditating. Obsserve them, but don’t attach to the emotion of the, ie: Suddenly you think about something you have to finish for work. Rather than getting stressed, think “Oh, looks like that work project is popping into my mind, I’ll get to that later. Bye thought! Thanks for coming by!”)
+ Journal at the end of your meditation to see what divine insights you’ve downloaded!
+ There are no right or wrongs in meditation unless you make yourself wrong. Be kind to yourself! You’re always doing your best!
